AXEO accesses the following data from your Shopify store:
If you connect Google Search Console, we also access your site's search performance data (clicks, impressions, average position, queries).
We use your store data exclusively to generate SEO health scores, identify optimization opportunities, generate AI-powered content improvements, test page performance, generate schema markup, and track the impact of content changes over time. Product and page content may be sent to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) for analysis — this data is processed but not stored by AI providers. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global network (Workers KV and R2) and is encrypted at rest. Data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation. You can request immediate deletion at any time.
We do not access, collect, or store any of your customers' personal data. Our app only reads your product catalog and content data for SEO analysis.
We support all mandatory Shopify GDPR webhooks: customer data requests, customer erasure, and shop data erasure. Since we do not collect customer data, customer-related requests are acknowledged without action.
When you uninstall the app, all associated data (analytics, snapshots, settings) is automatically deleted within 48 hours. You can also request manual deletion by contacting us.
